We started the business around 3 years ago but are now looking to expand the business and establish a complete bespoke solution for our client. We work with a number of partners to provide the best service we can for our customers.

I am Ady Fytche and I own and operate the business with a number of part time consultants.  My love for fishing started 44 years ago when my grandfather used to take me to a local canal to fish for all sorts! I was 5 and remembered the feeling of excitement every time the float went under. I wanted to try all types of fishing and was eager for knowledge. The family also had a boat on the Norfolk Broads and I used to fish continuously on our multiple visits.  I also used to go beach fishing off the south coast and I also used to love going 16 miles out wreck fishing for conger and cod! When I was older I started to carp fish, preferring luncheon meat and corn. I caught a range of different carp at this time and remembered the thrill of seeing a fully scaled common. It was not too important about size as I appreciated every fish. At the age of 28 I started to fly fish for trout and salmon and whilst working in Scotland and Wales had many intriguing adventures and ghillied for a short time on the River Isla and the South Esk. It was then, on my return to England I returned to course fishing. I loved piking and visiting carp waters. I have been lucky enough to work in different countries and have bass fished in the USA, Salmon fished in Canada and blue water fished in Antigua. Whilst I never stopped fishing of all types, about 5  years ago, I came back to mainly, full time carp fishing.

I have worked in many diferent fields and have a good knowledge of Project Management, Purchasing and Bait Development and Manufacture.
